By accessing or using the VoltVPN website, applications, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

VoltVPN is a premium service provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase.
  • VoltVPN reserves the right to change our pricing, but we will notify you in advance of any price changes.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities. While we do not log your activity, if we receive a valid, legally-binding request indicating that an account is being used for illegal activities, we may terminate the account. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Distributing malware, viruses, or other malicious software.
  • Engaging in DDoS attacks, hacking, or unauthorized access to other systems.
  • Transmitting material that is illegal, threatening, or violates intellectual property rights.
  • Using the service for scraping, mass data collection, or spamming.
  • Sharing or reselling your account credentials with others.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. VoltVPN makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall VoltVPN be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
